Hello
, as of now we don't have any requirements for staff although there are some points where if you do not meet them there is only a minuscule chance you will be accepted. These points are listed below. Also, if you intend on applying please read over the google document which you can find here as well as HellomanMC's post here. Helloman's post is a lot more informative than this is going to be so please read over it after.

You will want to click on the information tab (only applicable if opened in a new tab.) then click on 'start a conversation' and ask them for your gameplay hours there.
- Must be over 14. As stated in the forum post made by @HellomanMC you would have to write an amazing application 'must be of stellar quality (multi-paragraph answers, good depth and detail, etc.).' in order to be accepted without being 14.
- Low - No Punishments / Punishments were given a long time ago. It really depends on the person but if you have a ton of warns / mutes you will not look like a great candidate for the staff team. Although if your punishments were a while ago (around 2months+) and you think you have matured since then, then go ahead.
- Lots of gameplay hours. When I applied I had 200 hours, and that was stated as being 'a ton of gameplay time as far as im concerned'. The magic number is usually around 100 hours. If you want to find out your gameplay hours please message a Sr. Mod or an Admin. I will link their forum profiles at the bottom of the post.
- Length. A good application will have around 1-2 paragraphs for each main question (i.e - Why do you want to join our staff team at HavocMC?) with each containing at least four sentences. An even better thing to do is give multi - paragraph answers as this raises your chance of getting accepted dramatically. For all the other questions a good minimum is two sentences although four sentences + raises your chances as well.
- Quality. Quality over Quantity. If you are going to write those great multi - paragraph answers you are going to have to make sure they include 'depth, meaning, and the truth.' Every time you write something along the lines of {im good at.....} try and explain yourself even more and keep on going into far more depth. Every time you give a reason try and explain that, be as detailed as you can. You also want to make sure that everything you write has meaning behind it so that it isn't some made up garbage. It has to be something that actually means something to you and something that will hold value in your application.
- Honesty. This is by far the most important aspect as it covers almost every section. In your application be as honest as you can as this is one the main qualities we look for in staff candidates. If you aren't 14 or older, make sure you state that. It's also good to ask for a list of punishments from any staff member and then put that into your application. This shows that you can be trusted which is vital in being part of our staff team.
- Plagiarism. This is pretty obvious. We check every application for plagiarism and if you have plagiarised your application it will be immediately denied without reply. It just goes to show that you couldn't be bothered to put any time or effort into being a staff member, doest that represent you well?

The next few points are going to be regarding the written application you will have to submit.

As a final note please make sure that you are well acquainted with the HavocMC Rules you can find here. Id also like to state that if you want information go to HellomanMC's post as this was only a brief summary.

Very good job writing that!
So to restate, the age is 13 and up, with a very lengthy, descriptive and non-plagiarized application with full honesty; we appreciate if you are literate in English, you try to avoid grammatical errors. We love to see no punishments but if the last punishment is at least 2-3 months apart (sometimes longer if a ban) then you will be fine. If you have team speak or discord, that is very convenient and recommend for communication purposes, and we request you have as many hours as possible, I would personally look for someone with over 100 hours and someone I see on frequently with mature behaviour. I enjoy someone who can accept criticism, who can commit at least seven hours a week to moderating, and somebody who will help anyone when needed.
These are a few things to take into account, and if you know many languages or if you live in an uncommon area of the world, it means different time zones will lead to at least one staff member always on to help; this isn't required, but I love accepting someone who can help in many different areas!
