    Just to be clear I am not hating on the staff. I am just trying to help the players have more of a voice. For example, you said you think staff are great and I respect that and just want to help make sure that the players have a way of reporting staff as I personally have never gotten any real results from making a support ticket along with helping them be able to say what staff they think are doing amazing and deserve a promotion, and allowing them to also rate the staff overall. This post is meant to help the players be heard and if that's your opinion, great! I would love to hear more about it.
