1: Depends on what they have it set to.
2: Funny you should ask... I posted about this here: https://havocmc.net/threads/sniper-shots-per-kill.1040/ Winchester for Jugg should be 5-8 depending on how many were headshots.
3: In normal TMD: Restaurant style buildings, gas stations, anywhere really. In Hellnight: Anywhere where you have a piston pushed up to form the appearance of a table, the odds of finding food are good.
4: You can only get infinite from Godly and Legendaries.
5: Sasha II for both. It's cheaper cus its only level 2, and comes with an M14 + sniper clip. For Normal you can use that M14 throughout the whole game. For insane, you can have a GBarrett and the M14 both in your hotbar, cus one is a Legendary and the other is a Sniper. Use the M14 for shooting and breaking people's cars from a distance. When it breaks, switch to GBarrett for the people.

I have not but I know it's possible. I've heard the odds were 1/10,000 for jugg. I don't know about legendaries. Odds are if it did get spawned, the chests got restocked before someone got it XD

Those helpers are noobs to the team in that case. All legend items can be obtained through chests, they are just extremely rare.
