Isn't this why you got banned?
I got banned for an unfulfillable DDOS threat and staff disrespect, not pointing out illiteracy. Your issue with this constitution was tackled REPEATEDLY in the other replies, and there was no need to ask it again.

    #corruption
Not of the old Hilltop government. The people prevented corruption. Our only corrupt wing of government was a program called the "Hilltop Alliance Program", which was actually being used as a front by a group planning on ending all existing in-game communities, called the "Federation".

Dude, you can't make people follow your rules when there just trying to enjoy the game. If there wanting to stay in Hilltop just to loot or hang out there, it doesn't mean you get to boss them around. And even if they do break some of these "laws" they could just be playin around. You can't sentence people to like death and stuff if they do something you don't like. Just put that into perspective.

ATTENTION PEOPLE WHO SAY, "Can't enforce"!

Your issue with the government has already been solved. The solutions are explained in the constitutional law, in the comments, and by the fact that THIS CONSTITUTION IS NO LONGER VALID, as the community at Hilltop which followed this has fallen to the Federation.

Please, TRY READING PREVIOUS REPLIES BEFORE YOU MAKE A FOOL OF YOURSELF. Thank you for your compliance.

TMD-6's Hilltop has fallen in the Great 5:00 PM Lag Spike. This law is irrelevant at the moment, but may in the near future come to represent TMD-3 once again. It lasted from March 'til June before being decommissioned; It can be added again.

UPDATE; IT HAS BEEN APPLIED BACK TO TMD-3 AS OF JULY 28TH, 2016.

    By the Survivors of Hilltop,
As of May 19th, 2016, by democratic vote, a new leader had been declared and therefore a new manner of governing. This document decrees that Hilltop, as a free colony led by the vote of its citizens, shall be led according to laws guaranteeing its people freedoms and rights inalienable. Such rights shall not be taken away by any means and are protected by this document.

The civil rights granted to all Hilltop citizens shall include
    I. The Right to Choose One's Occupation
Under no means does a government have the right to assign an individual a certain job or task. An individual's occupation is completely voluntary.

II. The Right to Speak Freely Within Server Rules
This means an individual may speak at will, anything they wish, provided such does not invoke violence or break the peace.

III. The Right to Remain Armed
All citizens have the right to carry a melee and/or a gun or other ranged weapon at all times.

IV. The Right to Determine Fate of One's Own Findings
Any individual may determine what that individual does with his or her own loot. The government may not force an individual to surrender his or her own loot, nor may any other individual.

    V. The Right to Gather and Protest
Should there be disagreement between government actions or court decisions another individual finds flawed, the individual may protest or try the government or the case again in court.

VI. People Shall Be Regarded as So
People, regardless of age, race, ***, ethnicity, or religion shall be regarded as people, with the same rights as all others, and no prejudice will be tolerated.
Under no circumstance will there be any violation of these rights from either government nor person. The violation of these rights will be considered a felonious act and will result in some form of penalty.

New laws may be amended by speaking to the Leader and having a case in court about whether to add or not to add a specific law. Should more people vote for the law than against, at a minimum of five people present in court, the law shall be added.

An employment office can be accessed by going to the living room in the Estate. There, if an individual is in need of a job or seeking one, they can be informed on what the Hilltop needs and choose a job which will benefit the community.

The matters of Hilltop will be resolved by direct democratic vote from all willing to participate in it while the Council is absent of at least one member or the leader of Hilltop is offline unless otherwise commanded. This will be the way court matters are settled as well. Court is to take place in the dining room of the estate. All members of a case are required to show or will be penalized by a $150 fine per twenty minutes until their arrival. In order to win a case, one side must accumulate the most votes for that side for a period of ten minutes. The people are responsible to jure and the leader responsible to judge and announce information crucial to the case, with witnesses allowed to give information to the judge through private messaging or testimony if requested by the judge. Legal offenses and their penalties include:

    I. Gate Murder (Third Degree). Gate murder is the act of using the gate and its switches in such a way it threatens the life of another individual. If a player gets trapped in the gate or falls from it by accident and without malicious intent, there will merely be a warning. To avoid this, it is required all citizens warn the people on top of the gate entrance or passing through that they are going to open/close the gate. Penalties are to be decided by court and may be severe to death by gate murder. If this act is done as a penalty by the law, it will go unpunished.

II. Conspiracy (Third Degree). Conspiracy is the secret plotting of a murder of an individual or the planning of another serious offense. Penalties are decided by court.

III. Barricade Griefing, Suffocation, and Trapping (Third Degree). These are the acts of placing barricades in inconvenient locations, attempting to suffocate someone with barricades, or trapping a player with barricades. Barricade griefing is less dangerous so may result in a fine of $100 per block. Suffocation and Trapping will result in a court decided penalty which can be severe to death.

IV. Zombie Leading (Third Degree). This is the act of leading walkers into Hilltop. It endangers the unarmored and the weak. Death penalty and exile are potential punishments, depending on severity.

    V. Disobeying Government Under Law (Second Degree). This is the failure to follow any laws or the action of infringing on the rights of others or refusing to obey government orders which are legal. This can be punished with fines depending on severity or a court decided punishment.

VI. Impersonating Government Persons (Second Degree). This is the act of pretending to be a leader of Hilltop or a member of the Council. Penalties are to be decided by court trial.

VII. Court Evasion (Second Degree). This is the act of refusing to show up for trial and is punishable by a $150 fine every 20 minutes until the individual arrives. The person must be online to be charged.

VIII. Impersonation (Second Degree). This is the act of taking someone's old Minecraft name and pretending to be them. Penalties are decided by court.

IX. Failure to Educate in Law (First Degree). This is the failure of government personnel to tell its people of a change in the laws of Hilltop and is punishable at first with a warning, then second with a fine of $500 paid to the Council or Leader of Hilltop.

    X. Prejudice and Behavioral Misconduct (First Degree). These are the acts of just being mean, racist, ***ist, or in any other form prejudiced. The punishment is negotiated in court via trial.

XI. "Damn Daniel" and Intensely Lame Meme-ing (First Degree). These are the acts of quoting insanely lame memes like "What's new, Miley?" and "Damn, Daniel!". The punishment is to be negotiated in court.

XII. Failure to Attend Important Meetings (First Degree). If you are online and in Hilltop, and you see a leader say "All to the courtroom! Important meeting!", attend. Failure to attend and to comply to government instruction shall result first in a warning, then in a fine, then in exile.

XIII. Spamming Gates (First Degree). This is the act of repeatedly using a lever to open/close the gate rapidly. Punishment is determined by trial.

The elected leader of Hilltop has the duties of representing his people in foreign affairs, the duty to defend and provide for his people and prevent crimes against other members of the community, and to recruit and make sure there's enough people for the colony to function right.

    Important Information
The current leaders of the Hilltop are PigSlayer117, adm01125, and xziphos. Any leader may be impeached and a new leader may be voted into office if five citizens are online at minimum.
