I bought two new rank upgrades. I was Vip and I bought Vip-Elite than Elite-Hardcore. I also bought a godly chest and gotten it. But i am missing the Hardcore rank! Please Help.

Support tickets are made constantly in a never ending stream. Too often more than one ticket is submitted by the same person for the same issue. It could take a few days until yours is read, but never lose confidence that someone will see it.

Payment support tickets are checked about 5/7 days a week. They have been checked today already but will be checked later due to a lot of purchases with black friday.

try going back on the server, it can take a bit for rank upgrades to work (assuming the issue hasnt been fixed yet)
