Maybe he should be submitted to Mojang themselves-- They might do something when they realize just how many pedophiles use Minecraft to find victims.

I don't think they can. The customer, no mater who they are, bought the product (Minecraft), so the only thing I think they can do is lock the account and give a refund, but even then the person could just get a new account.

Why not press charges or disable server access for individuals and accounts bought using that user's credidentials?

I think thats illegal since they are taking a product. It would be like a car company telling you that they are taking your car without giving a refund.
