Yes people in the past have paid for it. It was available for the server to survive and exist. Same with kits, good source of income for the server. Well things change, memberships change, etc. So changing the policy on IM can be modified. therefore make IM for a duration of 30 days or something. I don't think just cutting Jugg from the server to the right thing to do. It should be diluted out of the system. You could just make the rarity of it so great. Over time it will work itself out of the game. Basically enjoy it while you can theory.

Other than that, i wouldn't change much of the game.
