It’s late 2016 and you get on TMD after school, see a “War at Atlanta” in chat and msg all your buddies. You go to rick and buy a spas and barret, then go down the ladder and grab a few stacks of painkillers then make your way to the berxley gate where you see 2 full jugs in the distance heading towards prison and you decide to wait for your 2 friends to get on and try to 3v2 them, but lose. Your friends are a little mad, but you tell them it will be ok because you will just buy them all their riot gear and guns back with your inf. money. After buying them all their gear, right as you are logging off, you see 2 full riots jumping off the gate, and go for them, eliminate one with a quick headshot and body shot, then win against the other in a spas 1v1. You gather their gear, put it away in your vaults and log off right as they say “painkiller spammer get a life” not knowing it would be your last time logging on for the next 2 years.

I love this post, I relate to the pvp part. I remember Wars at Atlanta being huge and War at CDC.

Cant relate. I hate spamming painkillers, its cheap and tanky.

It made 2016 tmd fun, without it, it wouldn't be the same. Personally I loved it

I would say that 2017 was the year it all went downhill as opposed to '14, '15, or '16.

14 and 15 were glory years, 16 was when things fell apart, 17 and 18 were the OGs *****ing and complaining about the server being *** (oh and Mojang's EULA), 19 is a new beginning

Yes, to a degree. I don't believe the toxicity was as horrid as it had been after the 2016 reset.

I mean toxicity only got significantly worse after 2017 when less people were on and more people kind of allowed for it to happen. 2016 was a very untoxic year.

I joined the forums in 2017, I joined tmd first in late December of 2015. I was never really one of forums but now I am fine with it.
