    So while making this: https://havocmc.net/threads/tmd-competitve-gun-tier-list-reworked.6408/ I ran into something when I took the legendries into consideration. When I scored them on the same system, these were the scores they got. Just to compare, I put them with the others.

    X: Gattling Gun (1334)
    SS: KSG (514)
    S: M60 (426), Golden Barrett (392), M14 (370), Barrett .50 Cal (344)
    A: Groza (284), CZ-P09 (264), AWM (251), Flamethrower (250)
    B: Golden Crossbow (249), Golden Deagle (241), FN Scar (240), Vector (226), Spas 12 (220), Steyr AUG (218), AK47 (216), Stryker Crossbow (208), Desert Eagle (200)
    C: Mossberg 500 (198), M16A4 (194), M4 Carbine (192), Remington 870 (182), Dragunov (180), Glock 17 (179)
    D: P90 (158), RPG (156), Uzi (154), UMP45 (150)
    E: Colt Python (134), MP5 (131), Winchester (122)
    F: M9 (94), Double Barrell (60)

    So in reality the Legendaries are relatively balanced. Excepted that damn Gatling gun.

    So here's how the guns get their scores to see if this is fair. I assume whoever's using the gun is using it perfectly. I do the math for their Damage per Bullet times Bullet Per Mag for Damage per Mag. For the Autos, I divide that number by 2 because not all the shots will land. Then, I give each gun a score out of 10 on the following categories. PvP, PvE, Accuracy, Close Range, and Long Range. I then add all those scores up and multiply by 2. For special cases like the crossbow, the Gbar, the RPG, and the Gcross, other effects are taken into account. So what we end up is this (for the M9).

    Gun: M9
    Score: 94
    Damage*Ammo: 4x12=48
    PvP: 2
    PvE: 6
    Accuracy: 6
    Close Range: 6
    Long Range: 3
    4+12+12+12+6 = 46
    46+48 = 94

    So the Damage per Mag really boosts guns with lots of rounds per mag. Which I think is fair, because this means you can lay on the trigger and not have to worry about a reload time. But the gat.

    Score 1334
    Damage*Ammo: 10x250/2=1250
    PvP: 9
    PvE: 8
    Accuracy: 7
    Close Range: 10
    Long Range: 8
    18+16+14+20+16=84
    1250+84=1334

    Should it be nerfed? And how?

    At this point I would say the gat is one of the only guns with mildly realistic damage and ammo. I personally think it's fine, since it makes the gat worth something. Ammo is also scarce (at least for those of us who don't use infinite at the shops).
