This is literally the reason I quit staff. I asked for help handling toxicity and an edit to the rules making it punishable. It wasn't til after I dipped the rules tightened.

Should I come back? Do y'all think it would help?

Right now the server is a teetering building. Some people are adding bricks and pillars to it, hoping to keep it from collapsing.

    But is it working?

It's undoubtedly admirable for those to struggle and to shoulder the weight on their back. But is it logical?

The best way to enliven a structure like this is not fixing and mending all the gaps and holes. The best way to bring back a fresh, well-arranged server is to destroy the damaged ruins like amputating the infected limbs. After that, we can start reconstructing and building something new on top of what used to cause us troubles and bother us with hassles.

If I were you I would set myself apart from the current toxicity. I wouldn't bother myself for something like this, knowing there's little to nothing that I can do. Just take the upcoming update as a possible chance to reconstruct.

Let's just be honest. Havoc is dead. We can't even get to 100 players now.

The community isn't really that toxic, yall just have too many degens hanging around here. The community used to shun trashy kids, but then our staff decided to lock threads and threaten people while giving other kids a bias. This forums is doo doo because of the people, toxicity isn't going away just deal with it and shut down trashy kids.

havoc is at a stage where they're surviving only off of the players that are loyal, or the players that are new to the server, i still think that yes, it's dying, but it could survive. havoc needs more advertisement to survive, which i don't think it's getting, we need to refocus where our work is going to, for example, once we get MW 2.0 out, we stop updates, and focus on advertisement. although, more updates could in theory add more players, but not as many as advertisement would.

TMD is my favorite gamemode, but Rejante is right. Stop focusing on TMD 24/7, and focus on Mine Wars, which also brought my attention to Havoc, as an avid fan of Star Wars.
