What Do The Staff Really Do?

I mean I do the npc and armor textures and I'm not a head builder. there's not much difference between head builder and builder, we do pretty much the same stuff, sometimes head builders help with newer projects and get more information on future updates.

It may seem hypocritical coming from me, but you have to remember that they do have responsibilities other than HavocMC. They can also hide themselves/make themselves invisible.

They actually have a lot of job description:
_ Moderating lower rank staff and direct the staff rank.
_ Review staff for promotion.
_ Setting up mechanics for various gamemode.
_ Control the staff system in "staff room".
