I remember you did a drop party, and everything beforehand and then toggled it. I'm honestly quite entertained by the argument you're presenting. You used this client to have a reason for me to ban you.

Excuse but I claimed to be hacking using jump not kill aura. Kill aura is a pvp thingy and pvp doesnt work inside safezone, so how would that work?

Also you never SSd so unless I magically left safezone then used someting such as kill aura (which doesnt seem logical as tmd is a gun server and guns have more range than melee)there is no evidence as to why I was banned. This is exactly why I did this, to prove that you do stuff based on assumtions then dont provide proof as to why they are justified...

Another side note I didnt have a drop party, but I did drop Declan some items. I believe we remember this day VERY differently, or you may have me confused with someone else who did something similar

You admitted to using Wurst then toggled your kill aura that was pretty blatant. I don't know why you're trying to start drama on a public Minecraft forum about it now. I'd unban you no problem, but if you're now trying to cause issues. Maybe you will be a toxic person to come back to our community.

It seems here as though you are not going to unban not for lack of evidence but because you do not agree with what Im saying. Last I checked, which has been several times today, disagreeing or saying something a staff member does not agree with is not grounds to give or extend a punishment... Im not saying that was what was intented, but it sure serms that way.

I did appeal, it hasn't been reviewed. As for why I asked in public, I want to see if it was justified in the eyes of everyone not just whoever reads my appeal. It wouldn't be the first time someone gets punished unjustly, and I want to make sure that I don't get scummed as well.

I know staff are the only ones who do anything with appeals, but I want to see if it was justified in the eyes of the public. There are a few rules on havoc that can be a bit wonky in certain scenarios (this is one of those times) and I want to make sure that staff arent scumming me.

Also scummed isnt just for pvp. Its when you get ripped off. Beanboozled, if you will. It can be applied to pvp though.

Appeal was denied without explanation. You guys can stop posting here now Sorry for any "drama"created, I just wanted to get the opinion of everyone without having to directly talk with everyone in DMs

On a side note can any active staff member DM my discord (Memen#8806)to clarify my support ticket? I wanna get this cleared up as soon as possible but I also dont want to take up the time staff use to look at other appeals/reports by having a chat on an already closed appeal. Id prefer it be the staff member who handled my appeal (You know who you are bb ) but im not too worried if its someone else. Thanks

Sorry to kinda just burst in on a conversation I have no right to really be in, and has previously ended, but "Toxic", is not really a way to describe Armen. As a guy who personally knows him, and plays with him on a daily basis, I can confirm and support that he's a very stand-up guy, and would be a great addition back into the community. He has top posts, and has had top posts on the Havoc forums for the past forever. It's obvious he cares about Havoc, so why not give him a chance?

She said maybe he'd be a toxic person coming back, maybe. Simply because he made a forum post just to call out a staff member. If he felt the ban was unjustified he could pm the other Sr Mod, an Admin, etc, but he brought the issue upon the forums.

Nonetheless, he is a generally positive person, and gives off positive vibes. If there's anyone to cure, or try to cure this server of toxicity, it would be him, (with his great sense of humor that literally cannot get old.) and in regards to this whole post, it wasn't directed at a staff member, but HavocMC as a whole. Armen was a member of the community for a while before his ban, and he wanted what the community thought of his punishment. Personally, I think it's good that he has the community's insight, though, the ban itself is in the hands of the staff.
(plus i want to play with armen still)
