Justifying a ban on the forums should be against the forum rules as it's against the teamspeak and discord rules. Support tickets exist for a reason. Anyways, toxicity isn't just cured instantly or by one person.

Appeal was denied without explanation. You guys can stop posting here now Sorry for any "drama"created, I just wanted to get the opinion of everyone without having to directly talk with everyone in DMs

She said maybe he'd be a toxic person coming back, maybe. Simply because he made a forum post just to call out a staff member. If he felt the ban was unjustified he could pm the other Sr Mod, an Admin, etc, but he brought the issue upon the forums.

Topic was if the ban was justified. Ive seen and heard about unjustified punishments (not just on here, but across all games I play) where the staff say it was justified without justifying it. Luckily the staff on here explained what would and would not make it justified (which I appreciate) but at the same time I was looking more to the normal players of TMD to see if they believed it was. Also note that until Mack (and a few others) revealed who banned me, I refrained from naming the staff member to avoid them being harassed. I believe what is going on now, at this moment, has turned into drama (people calling this thread drama when I just wanted an o p i n i o n)

As creator of this thread I would ask that it be closed to avoid more m e m e r y

Justifying a ban, yeah I could see that being against rules. Asking if a ban was justified, no , because that gets very close to censorship. This thread was meant to be (and is still meant to be) an open ended question where all are free to share their opinion on both what occured and to see if the rules on bans are appropriate or need modifications. (I would say, for the most part, havocs rules are pretty sound. )

As stated in most of my posts here thread is intended as a question not a fact, staff were kept anonymous until others revealed the staff member, and the only drama started was by those who began it by calling this thread toxic or drama inducing.
