If MLG_PandaGamer and Tactical_Fox48 could stop arguing, that would be wonderful. I understand that you both have your valid points, but either way the server will be resetting. You won't change any minds by asking them not to. It's happening, and whether you like it or not, you'll have to deal with it. I apologize if this comes off as rude - as that is not what I'm going for - but it's happening, and this argument will not change anything. Thank you for understanding.

As I understand it, (and I've run or been part of servers before), nothing is done until it's implemented. Please just explain to me or say how we will be compansated, assuming that staff are going to be at least a little understanding of how you are taking away everything we worked for.

Really? I'm my opinion whining about 700k is immature. I have 1.2mil and more than 5 full dura full jugg sets and I'm not complaining at all. In fact, I like the idea of an even playing field for new players. And lastly, I will be doing drop parties about a week before the reset where I will be giving away jugg and money to those who never got to get a taste of what some people call "The Jugg Life"

While I think that "whining about 700k is something (since most people don't just take that for granted), I do think that it's good you are doing a drop party.

As it has already been previously stated, if you have bought crates since October 18th, you will be given them again after the reset. For everything else, you will only be compensated with a starting balance after the reset. I don't believe this starting balance has been confirmed, so I can't say much about it. Other than that, you will be compensated by receiving a better and more balanced server. I have already comment here to explain my thoughts on this reset. I've read almost every response to this thread, so I'm going to address everything in one big wall of text. I would like you to read the following as if I were a normal player, and not a staff member.

This is my reasoning for wanting a reset earlier this year. Please note that I just copied and pasted this from the old forums. I just calculated the amount of money I've donated, and it amounts to roughly $730 AUD. Now, I know a donation is a donation and I am more than happy to be helping the server I love so much - but we all know that 99% of players donate so that they can receive perks, items and money. I don't blame you, I wouldn't have donated anywhere near as much money if I didn't receive any perks. Since the start of the year, I've spent nearly $300 on item packs. I know, we're losing everything - but I believe it's worth it as we will be able to rid the server of most of the glitched and duplicated items circulating at the moment. Keep in mind, these items are giving other players an unfair advantage over you. I believe most of us have been through that frustrating moment when you step outside of a safe zone just to be gunned down by that player who ALWAYS seems to have full Juggernaut armour. Wouldn't it be great to stand a chance?

Not convinced? Resetting now will most likely make it easier to track legendary items and see where huge inflations are coming from. If an inflation occurs, it would be easier to catch the players doing it and put an end to whatever duplication glitch they could be abusing because everyone else won't have all of the duplicated jugg that they have right now. If this still doesn't convince you, keep in mind that you will still have a month to use your items and money. If you choose not to use them, well, that's up to you but if you use them now it's not like you're really losing anything. Everyone who bought crates recently will be compensated for the inconvenience. As for the players who may leave, we will be able to increase the amount of players anyway as it will be easier for newbies to survive longer, and we will most likely get updates which will encourage new players to join. I personally think that this reset is well-worth the trouble.

Either way, whether you're happy about it or not - this reset will be happening. You can either choose to accept it, or get angry. Although, getting angry won't solve anything. Just accept it, look at all of the positives and move on. Angry comments won't change anyone's mind and we are usually such a close community - Let's get back to that. Thank you.

I've given up hope for the server. I just got a message from staff that I was "inappropriate" with what I said. Is saying "stupid" innapropiate? Really? And why is staff only commenting on this? What about everything else I asked or said? They said NOTHING. Also, I bet they're gonna take this post down too, for no reason.

Saying "stupid" by itself is not inappropriate. But how you phrase it could mean a difference between a ban and a warning. Saying "wow I'm so stupid I made ____ mistake" would not be deemed inappropriate. But saying "Omg this server and its entire playerbase is so stupid I hate it all" would be inappropriate, it even says so in the rules that chat bullying and rudeness can be pinished from a 10 minute mute to a perm mute depending on the severity of the offense. And the staff have no reason to take down the post unless it shares people's personal information and a couple other reasons that I forgot. I can't speak Ipon the behalf of the staff but I can speak on behalf of myself. And what I'll recommend you to do: Read the rules, and if you have a problem with any aspect of the server, POLITLEY message a staff member in game or here.

Fine, I'll deal with it, but that doesn't change the fact that doing the reset is the wrong thing and what your spewing out to make it seem more fair is wrong. Staff do care, but they can't stop anyone who quits so it's not really worth the effort saying "don't quit!" When people are going to quit anyways.

I did read the post, which said the compensation money wasn't confirmed. Also, why do I care about the crates? They won't bring back what we lost. And how about you explain to me how exactly they will be able to detect inflation sources. Are they like the DEA for glitched items?

I really like this whole reset thing, and I am one of the most richest on the server if not the richest. The server has been boring for me lately and only reason I actually come on is to pvp for fun, jugg is like riot to me and it just takes out the fear of losing what we use to call "rare gear" only thing I do disagree with is only giving the people who bought stuff within the last month, I think it should atleast be back till September. Anyways the new map looks sick and keep up the work boys.

First off, I didn't know servers going downhill hit their high in player count, and had a lot of people enthusiastic about updates.

But anyways, many people have wanted a reset for a long time, and we went longer than I think we should have without resetting. That is why, we are definitely having this reset.

The reset will give more of a Walking Dead feel, and will act as a fix for 15 months worth of bugs. You can say bugs will happen again, but we have fixed a large majority of them, and there are none known right now (for duping).

Also, I would think it is unfair to say we are doing this for money. If that were the case, we would just make some $250 rank with OP kits and unlimited money.

I understand that people will be upset with this, but I would encourage them to give the new map and features a fair shot.
