Its legality I think is dependent on where the server is hosted. If its US then yeah they have to follow but not a lot could happen if Mojang actually cared at most they would tell us to be EULA compliant or they will do legal action. Thats a big deal to us the player base and it the owners but at the end of the day its much better for the owners to just move on the server.

havoc breaks the eula but who cares they can bypass it and it looks like tmd is dying anyways if they dont change the pvp

MW is continuing to shrink by the week, less and less players can be seen on it daily.

TMDC has now completely died, and the average TMD's (tmd-1/tmd-3) have dropped average daily player counts in rush hour (60) to around 40 and on good days 50. TMD is still dying, you have to pay attention to these kind of details.

MW is going down tmdc is dead but I find that tmd's numbers have stabilized and im no longer going on and being the only person on in the morning. Its not even 4 or 5 people in the morning either its 15 to 20! Once the numbers stabilize more (and they will) then we will truly see a new era of growth and tmd-op is on its way!

If TMDC is dead, no need to change TMDC and maybe even remove it and keep the other TMD servers the same because they aren’t dead.

Also, what is preventing some edge lord who gets banned from TMD going to report the server to EULA in the first place? Isn't TMD on a very thin line in that aspect?

I mean, we can still bypass it no matter what. It's not too hard: just gotta whitelist the server and we can be p2w 'legally.'

they changed the pvp but now it sucks more befor any outher update the current healing system is like fortnite because its in hype but tmd is not fortnite ...
Maybe they could change the healing system on tmd 1 and 2 back to the old one and merge hn and tmdc to a fortnite based gamemode

They know we aren’t following their rules. That’s why they blacklisted us.
