How would skywars with guns even work? People would just shoot others from their island.

each island could have like a House on it so they can hide from bullets and just have 1 sniper per map but it's in the middle and you have to parkour to get it.

First of all, parkour in skywars? Im pretty sure you are supposed to build bridges to get to other islands. Second of all, it would still be boring because players would just camp their island and wait for the enemy, also no one would bridge because of how easy it is to hit other players off.

No the only way you can get to someone else island is if they /is invite or if they tp you.

you obviously don't know how skywars works then... skywars requires a lot of parkour skill to be a good player, and also I meant parkour in the middle of the map up to a higher spot where a barret would be, skywars also have a timer of when it starts and after a while the map starts disappearing so people can't camp at their islands forever. It was just an idea so no need for you to think you know everything when you don't bud, go build some more crappy maps please.

Yes there is PvP in 2 "arenas", the first arena can be found around spawn, you can easily get to it by doing /pvp, the second arena can be found in the nether. Things you should know before entering the arenas, some players bring god apples and strength potions, you can do /home and /back in the arenas without having a tp timer and of course you lose all the items in your inventory if you die.

At the moment there is only the main land and the nether, but they are thinking of adding new "dimensions" (Im pretty sure thats what Nickk said)
