I second it to, the builders seem to be the only ones with common sense, the ones who are the most active, and the ones who are viewed as Lessers by the staff team that needs desperate fixes!

Eh, that comparison isn't exactly accurate. Even as a trial builder, I have just as much influence over the map as anyone else, I just gotta make my builds separately before adding them (Or in some cases, I can edit the real map and spruce things up, like my lighthouse near Mallow). Trial Builders are still builders. However, Apprentice is a totally different moderation rank, so you're right that Apprentice =/= Helper; they're two different ranks with different jobs. But the builders all do the same thing. The only thing different about trial builder is that I can't ban/kick people off the builder server anymore XD

That's another reason I like the build team so much. It's one big family, everyone is heard, your ideas are actually put into practice, and it's a lot of fun.

Also, technically you aren’t part of the staff team if your a trail Builder. Because if your supervisors don’t like your building, you can be removed or give another shot. Where as a full builder would just have to do it over and over until he gets it right, but if your a builder it’s obviously because you’re good at building! but yes you are correct!
