I've said this before, but in another thread.
I'd like to see an overdose effect.

In real life, you can't down a whole bottle of pills without feeling terrible afterwards. On top of that, getting shot at.
Maybe this would actually stop the problem.

That would be good for immersion, but in practice the pvp would suffer heavily.

In response to an earlier post you made, towny was something that was just kinda dropped on all of us. Everyone without a green “owner” tag was completely unaware of it. It’s something we’ve discussed with Nick since then - transparency and letting these things be known before just going live. That’s what I’ve been trying to do with these polls: gather your opinions before we move forward with something.

Let me get this straight
The owners say nothing to their own community, let alone actually playing with their players. And get their staff team to do all the actual work.
Then they drop an update which nobody asked for (the only thing I could find is a thread from 2 years ago, located here). And think it's totally okay since they can just disappear again without getting any **** for it, while simultaneously ignoring every idea they've been given.

I gotta say, I don't really trust them any more. Especially after this recent stunt they pulled on everyone.

I have been here since 2015-2016 and I have an appreciation that they have done. I would be happy to work for staff to moderate and help the towny server. Towny is basically my bread and butter, other the tmd which I have played almost consistently for the past years. I can not express my happiness with this decision enough.

Sup guys. So... as yalls new Community Manager my goal is to be a mouthpiece between both staff and players. I’m aware there’s a lack of transparency going both ways I hope to change this.

Recently, I’ve been made aware a very large change that was being kept silent - but I’ve been given permission to ask yalls opinions. Cus this seems pretty big to just do. I have pulled together a few ideas and I would like to see which y’all prefer.

Plan A: The devs are planning on removing TMDC. In turn, TMDPVP will attempt to maintain a balance between realism and competitive PVP. I know how difficult this will be, and as someone who enjoys low-loot pvp, this irked me and encouraged me to make this poll. Here are other options.

Plan B: Revamp both TMDC and TMDPVP to further split their metas and make them obviously different. I need you guys to tell me what you would suggest. Perhaps PVP would have less loot to become more challenging and C would be more OP. I want your voices to be heard. TMDPVE would receive updates to become more roleplay based - adding a /role with set roles you could chose from. The PVE changes wouldn’t necessarily be excluded from Plan A, but I decided to list them here.

Plan C: no changes, or minor changes... ones you would suggest.

In addition to this, another idea has been presented. Weapon balancing. This would involve a large change, new to TMD. Low tier weapons would be buffed to be more viable, and higher tiers may be knocked down a notch (or low tiers would be buffed to be just as viable) so ALL guns become viable, allowing a diverse PvP meta, and possibly removing the current Tier 1, Tier 2 etc system. Melees may be nerfed as a result.

So what do y’all think? Which plan do you guys prefer most? A, B, or C? Do you agree with the possible weapon revamp? What suggestions do you have along side the ones above? Let your voice be heard.

u high bro the katana suposed to be the best weapon and has been for like 5 years now cause the glitch it does the same damage as a reg bat........ It sucks now u acutaly dumb if u belive it good the way it is

I have never had it glitch on me, it still does the same damage for me. I have no idea what you mean by this.

Not TMDPVP. TMDC has the crappy pains
And the Katana was rebuffed to do 9 damage. Still the best weapon, just less durability.

I have never had it glitch on me, it still does the same damage for me. I have no idea what you mean by this.

They only changed the durability for me, as it went from 1000/1000 to 650/650

How are pains broken? I thought you bois wanted spam pains, which you have on TMDC last I checked.

Sorry to be so up in your face, but absolutely not. This absolutely killed the server for new players and people who didnt like that style, like myself.
